1 Service Availability
At present, PureEra delivers products only within India through our official Website. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2 Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our fulfillment team prepares it for dispatch.
- Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and packed within 1–2 Business Days.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays observed by PureEra).
- Festivals & Demand Spikes: During major festivals, promotional sales, or weather disruptions, dispatch may take slightly longer.
3 Estimated Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, most shipments across India are estimated to arrive within 7–8 Business Days.
Orders above ₹499 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. A nominal ₹50 delivery charge applies to orders under ₹499.
4 Shipping Partners & Live Tracking
PureEra collaborates with premier logistics partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, India Post) to ensure safe transit of your spice jars.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an AWB tracking number via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can also view live tracking updates under your User Account Orders section.
5 Customer Responsibilities
To guarantee smooth delivery, please ensure:
- Complete & correct delivery address with landmark and valid pincode.
- Working mobile phone number for OTP verification / courier call.
- Availability at the destination address to receive the parcel.
6 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:
